The wait is finally over and we are now entering our 60 days from closing window! That means business is picking up and a lot more news will be posted over the coming months. The first piece of big news is that our partnership with SigEp National Housing has been secured as we have received the official commitment letter to fund the mortgage for 520 Southwest Rd. This means we are full steam ahead in finalizing the purchase. A copy of the commitment letter may be found in the documents section of the website (must be logged in). Our final inspection is occurring on April 4th with the appraisal to follow.
