Conceptual Design Released!
After 18 months of work and partnering with Luminuat Architects out of Indianapolis, the AVC is excited to share the final conceptual design for our future home!
The Design:
- 5300 square feet across the first and second floors.
- Two Independent suite-style residences, with the flexibility to function as a duplex if needed.
- Each suite includes 4 bedrooms, a lounge, and a small kitchen.
- ADA accessibility throughout the first floor.
- SigEp Learning Community spaces, including a meeting room, library, and computer study space.
- A general meeting room large enough for chapter gatherings, ritual, guest lectures, and even a university class in the future.
- A resident scholar suite for a master’s student, with the flexibility to host alumni, a regional director, or other guests when available.
- A brotherhood lounge designed for relaxation and connection.
- Off-Street parking to accommodate all residents.
