The AVC Board of Trustees on 3/15/2021 approved funds to get a professional inspection completed at the proposed gateway property at 520 Southwest Road. This will get completed once the snow melts to insure a proper inspection is completed on the roof. If all goes well, the inspection will be completed by the April AVC Trustee meeting and approval may be given to formally enter negotiations to get under contract. The inspection report and property disclosures will be posted in the documents section once received.
