The final step.  A vision realized. On the successful completion of the capital campaign the next step is Phase 3: the building of our future chapter facility with all the amenities to support the needs of our undergraduate chapter. Not only would a new home be a huge competitive advantage; it would set the chapter up for future success on all levels of operation.
